Continuing Education Credits for Emergency Medical Services

The American Heart Association designates this enduring material for a maximum of 7.25 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Continuing Education Credits for Physicians Assistants
AAPA accepts certificates of participation for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society. Physician assistants may receive a maximum of 7.25 hour of Category I credit for completing this program.
Continuing Education Credits for Pharmacists

Tuition

Tuition includes a UMBC issued Access Code for PART 1 and a UMBC site test for PART 2 & 3 along with a certification card.
Cancellation/Refunds
All registration fees are non-refundable. Registrants may transfer to another course one time (within one year of initial registration) for an additional fee of $45.00.
A $45.00 fee will be charged for any returned check.
UMBC reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment. In the event of cancellation tuition will be refunded or transferred to another course date at UMBC’s expense.
The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the Association.
